1. A charge card must be used to secure the reservation. Actual payment can be made in any form.

  2. Check in time is between 4.00pm and 6.00pm. Early arrivals are not guaranteed early check in.

  3. Check out time is 10.00am

  4. Pets are not permitted on the property or in rental units.

  5. Deposit - a refundable damage deposit of $200.00 is required within 10 days of booking the reservation. The damage deposit is fully refundable within 14 days of departure provided the following provisions are met:

  A No damage is done to the unit or its contents beyond normal wear and tear. For example - carpet stains are not considered normal wear and tear and may result in forfeiture of part or all of deposit.

  B No charges are incurred due to contraand, or collection of rents or services rendered during the stay.

  C. All keys are turned in to the front desk. There is a $5.00 non refundable charge for each key lost.

  D All charges accrued during the stay are paid for prior to departure.

  E All phone charges are paid for at departure (please refer to your arrival package for specifics on phone usage and charges)

  F In case of eviction, the deposit will be forfeited by the guest . Rent will be charged accordingly and any unused rent will be returned to the guests.

  6. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay that are made within fourteen days of the check in date will forfeit the full deposit. Cancellations or early departure due to inclement weather does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit money.

  7. Monthly renters who cancel or make changes that result in a shortened stay must do so ninety (90) days prior to their scheduled arrival date; failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the full deposit.

  8. From time to time, we may require a longer minimum stay at holiday periods.

  9. Full payment is due before or at check in. Please make payments in the form of traveler's checks, money order, cashier's checks, cash, personal check or Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express.

  10. Daily maid service is not included. We suggest that you bring beach towels, beach blankets, coffee and filters, paper towels, etc. We do not permit towels or lines to be taken from the units.

  11. Tents are not allowed on the beach.

  12. All rates are subject to change until reservation is secured.

  13. Any reservation obtained under false pretences will be subject to forfeiture of deposit and / or rental money and the party will not be permitted to check in.

  14. Maximum number of people staying in this unit will be six (6).
